Speaking of chili, have been contemplating doing a turkey on the grill. Have this recipe in mind. A chili rub/glaze. Did it a few years back. Guess it was good, absolutely NO leftovers. The bird was like 24 lbs.

 

Hummm.... interesting.... I'm intrigued sir!... please post pics and step by step instructions when said bird cookin commences!!
