Anyone hire me ?driving for 20+ years old citations hurting me please help?

Get a copy of your MVR and let us know exactly what's on there.
See if the 60 in a 45 is on there or not. It shouldn't be if it was reduced.
Are you listing the speeding ticket on your job applications?
Does your MVR show "improper equipment/dismissed"?

Would you advise others with black marks on their driving or criminal record to pay for CDL school before finding out if they can get a job?

The school will almost always say "sure, evetyone will hire you" no matter if you are blind or an escaped murderer or missing 4 limbs. Barbers don't tell people they don't need a haircut. Look before you leap.

 

It's your life. If you don't ask the people giving you bad news why or what they mean, I can't tell you what they meant or why they did something.

 

Don't list a speeding ticket on your job application.
List the equipment ticket.
You're not being hired because of the speeding ticket.

 

Well, don't list "that" speeding ticket. List any others, but only what is asked for. I.E. Convictions in the last 3-5 years.
