Brew, they give you a schedule that you have to follow per the lease. The j1 is an inspection they do on your truck every 90 days to make sure your following the rules and do a DOT at the same time.

Is it just blowing out cold air in front or nothing at all. If nothing then vulcan is probably right about the fuses.

If its still have air coming out, then check the hoses and see if the valve is shut off

There are some things they tell u about maintenance. J1 is the code shop uses for the 90 inspection. They have a code for everything and I'm sure if u ask the shop for a list for their codes they would give it to u.
