Hello, long story short, previous trucking company I was employed with I was terminated by safety, the truck bumper was damaged, when I fill out last employment it States did you quit or was terminated, I put terminated, in the end I'm hearing I need six months of safe driving to be considered, I have no points, tickets refusals or had any law enforcement contact while operating a cdl vehicle, looking to understand how I can get in a company with this situation, or what companies, I have bare bones cdl no endorsements less then a 1y experience, I live in Tennessee.
Getting turned down

Did Western Express fire you?
Concorde Thanks this. -
It wasn't Western Express.
-
How did they know the bumper was damaged?
-
The company has inward outward camera.
-
Damaged how badly ? From hitting a deer ? Or getting it hooked on a large boulder or a yellow pole in a parking lot ?
-
I didn't kill anyone or animal, the bumber was damaged.

Order a free copy of your Hire Right report. Look at the reason it put for leaving. If it says quit/resigned then that's what you should tell future employers because it is the written record of what your previous company thinks of you.
Many drivers get verbally told they're being "let go" only to find out their DAC/Hireright says they quit and their job performance was satisfactory and that they would be rehired pending review.
