Probably be in the same ballpark. I'd honestly want to do a more thorough workup on both lanes to give a solid number. 15k is my "this is the lowest I'm willing to even think about going" rate for just futzing around on it as a thought exercise. Any less, and you're inviting all kinds of potential problems.

    Looking at it, it's over 14' W for it to be a superload in CT. 14' W, 14' H, or 120' L. 140k gross for engineer review.

Got the yearly message today from the company I lease my equipment onto, looking for trucks interested in hauling UPS trailers for the holiday rush.... If so please call agent xxx...

Then at the end it says, "As expected rates are lower this year than in previous years" :biggrin_25521:

UPS must have companies beating down the door this year, looking for that power only work... No need to pay big bucks... IMO they never have anyhow...To each his own.

The cost to ship a UPS package sure in the hell hasn't gone down, that's 4 sure.

The LTL and parcel carriers make money hand over fist. They're measuring revenue per trailer on a set by the tens of thousands of dollars not anywhere near the peanuts they can get outside carriers to move them for.

I was once told don't do anything you don't want on a billboard outside your house, I'm glad TQL didn't get the same advice....that's funny ####

This is another fine example of why factoring isn't a good idea. I bet he thought he was covered under a non-recourse deal too.

He's not paid in full yet. Also if he can operate without full payment within 30-45 days, why factor?
Now I see some of TQL'a profit is using less than honest smoke and mirrors.
Why didn't he file on their bond? I suppose TQL is self-bonded and it wouldn't make a difference.
Glad to see he got most of his money.

Can confirm. All of my family is out of state. If anything, UPS has gone up.
