After morning y’all,
I just built my Acert to 16:1 compression and went single turbo. I’m fixing to replace my radiator and charge air cooler but having issues finding best bang for buck. I’m looking to get the 4 core high flow and a bigger charge air cooler as I’m going to tune truck to 600hp and want to ensure cooling of unit. I haven’t tuned yet but truck can get 200+ really fast, fan cools it down swiftly but even on cool days it’s not steady temp. I know I know over 200 truck operates better just looking to keep cool. Looking for recommendations on where to buy the set.
Second question, anyone ever moved your ac condenser to the inside of your charge air and radiator. Thought being the hot air from it not flowing thru charge air and radiator. Or pulling 2 electric fans on rad side to bull air thru when engine fan isn’t engaged.
My rig is a 05 379 so I know I have plenty of space to move, relocate, just curious if anyone has done these things. Looking to buy radiator and charge air sooner than later so any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
Time for new Rad and Air Cooler

I have put Red Dot frame mounted condensers on trucks that are hard to keep cool.

You talking for accessory ac systems? I was thinking just move mine from front to rear but got thinking I’d rather lose ac when something hits the nose rather than boost
