If your leaving Monday call receiver and ask which way trucks come in. If it makes sense go that way. Even state patrol non emergency number might get you correct info.

FOLLOW-UP: The following link takes you to an expanded, more detailed list of Maryland state restricted routes/low clearances -- that is simply too long to list in a Rand McNally road atlas -- note also that it is updated as of November, 2023:
routere1.pdf (maryland.gov)
To the best of my knowledge -- neither route option discussed above is a part of the above-mentioned list (or that shown back in the Rand McNally Motor Carriers' Road Atlas).
The list above does a respectable job of driving home just how important it is to check for restricted routes/low clearances in your trip planning -- before turning the key.

Updates
All went well. I actually took the first options
Ex #56. There were trees but I cleared them. Wires at legal hights and no issues there. I saw couple of trucks taking the same way.
Thank you guys for the help. It has been a busy week. -
FWIW, I use Apple Maps on my iPhone and a Garmin Dezl GPS. I also have a Rand McNally Altlas (haven’t seen it in a while though).
Apple Maps is my go to. It gives me multiple routes with times and shows which one is fastest and by how much. It also updates road congestion real time. The Garmin tends to keep me off non-truck routes. Even still sometimes things go sideways. But, what fun would driving be if we never had to back up a few hundred yards when there’s a half mile of backed up traffic in our rear view and hope we can hook the rear end between two ditches to get turned around when we see a sign announcing a 10 foot bridge clearance.
