TEL Lease

Repair costs can eat you alive. If your truck is under warranty, TEL and the repair shop will leave you cooling your heals while they fight over who pays for repair. Oh, yes, I know your maintenence escrow is your money, but they won't let you just pay for it and sort it out later.

Some folks do make it. Like some folks hit big bucks in a casino.
You may be lucky and your truck stays solid with only routine maintenance or you may get a "Monday " truck. Heck of a high $ gamble.

Lay aside extra money for expenses and downtime. Be sure you have good insurance in case you're laid up or hurt. Get truck payment insurance. I personally recommend ooida for insurance and discounts but that's just my opinion.

Get an accountant or accounting service and for heaven's sake set aside and pay quarterly IRS.

So how is it going with the lease?

 

They come off of the lot at 65 MPH. You can up it, but the limit is 70 MPH.

 

A couple of years after I thought TEL was completely satisfied they came at me with a collection agency and a bunch of bogus charges. I hired a lawyer and he got rid of them, but it was a nail biter for awhile.
I Do not recommend them.
