On-duty not driving is $15.50/hr
15-min breaks hover around $22-$36/hr on some arbitrary and unpredictable sliding scale

That's what I made at XPO as a new driver in spring of 2021. Guys with a little experience were doing much better, and I'm sure everyone's pay has gone up since then. I left for personal/family reasons, but I didn't feel underpaid.dwells40, Albertaflatbed and Opus Thank this.
