Reserve truck lines

Currently Reserve Truck Lines owe me $1,256 (last paycheck) and $2,250 (escrow(150×15=2,250)) and they have 30 days (last paycheck) and 45 days (escrow) to pay me my money or else I will get lawyers involved for a lawsuit!
On another note, Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to this company!!!! They do not want to pay their drivers! On two separate occasions, I've had to yell and go off on Jeff and Liam about my money! A month ago during Labor Day, they sent out the settlements on Thursday. In that email they said that the settlements wont hit the bank account til the following Monday. Monday gets here and almost the whole day goes by, I have yet to get paid. I called the boss (Jeff) and told him that my money hasnt came into my account yet. He tells me that his bank hasnt release the funds yet and give him an hour to an hour and a half. I gave him 2 hours.
2 hours goes by, my bank account is in the negative cuz my bills came out the day before and still no paycheck. I called him and literally called him and asked wtf is up with my money, he tells me that my money will be in my bank account by the end of the day. I told him that, I'm in the negative, I havent eaten all #### day, and if that money doesn't hit my account by the end of the day, I will drive back to Chicago and tear that whole gahdamn office up..........he ca$h app me my $800! The second time, which was the straw that broke the camel's back and forced me to quit was when they was supposed to pay me $2,029 on October 13th, 2023! It didnt hit my account, so I called and they're acting like they dont know what's going on! I tried to call Jeff and he never answered but I kept calling! After calling Jeff for the 45th time within two hours, Liam picks up Jeff's phone like he doesn't know whats going on! Liam said he'll ca$h app me my money the following day at 0930 in the morning. The following day, 10 o'clock comes & go and I still didn't get my money. I called Jeff and he ignores my call so I called Liam and he tells me to be patient!! How tf am I supposed to be patient when you were supposed to paid me my money the day before and didn't, yall ##### go home every night while I'm always on the road!? I got bills to pay and I dont play about my money! Currently Reserve Truck Lines owes me not only my last paycheck which that alone adds up to $1,256.00, but they also owe me the escrow that I paid $150 the first 15 weeks which adds up to $2,250. All that is a grand total of $3,506 that they owe me and if they don't pay me within the 30 days (last paycheck) and 45 days (escrow) that they said, I will get a lawyer involved for a huge lawsuit!!!!!
First issue with the truck I had a coolant leak on the first day out, took the maintenance guy an hour and a half to send money; he sent it through ca$h app cuz they dont use efs nor comcheck.
Got the coolant leak fixed, it was a crack in the coolant reservoir. Took reserve the entire day to pay TA.

Second issue with the truck was another coolant leak, this time, the radiator needed to be replaced. Took Reserve the entire day once again to pay.

Third issue was the truck couldn't start because of the batteries going dead. Instead of replacing all of the batteries like a normal company would, Reserve only opted to replace 3 of em because the 4th one was on 27% (according to the mechanic) and they wanted to get the 4th one done in Chicago. Took them all day to pay or that.

Fourth issue is the brakes on the tractor was wearing out, folks at the shop told me I have a good 2 weeks left on em and come back then instead of go ahead and fix em

Fifth issue, the AC in the sleeper goes out, wouldnt blow any cold air, just whatever kind of air it is outside. I was getting cool air in the cab, still aint got that fixed yet although the shop Reserve sent me to worked on it, so they claim.

Sixth issue is everytime I brake, I keep hearing a loud noise on my steer axle and the steering wheel turns slightly to the left as I brake. Turns out S Cam bushing and slack adjuster needed to be replaced and S cam Bushing was placed on backwards.

Seventh issue is none of the charger ports in the cab aint working.

Eighth issue the turbo on the truck goes out in Wyoming. Fool on the nightshift told me that I'll have to wait til Monday for a mechanic or tow truck to come out there, it was Saturday.
Monday comes, the folks at the shop that was working on my truck contacted me trying to get hold of Reserve to get approval to fix the truck, Reserve originally rejected it (that would leave me stranded in Wyoming). Reserve didnt approve it til that Tuesday evening. Because of Reserve taking all day Monday and Tuesday to give approval, it wouldnt be til Wednesday before the shop will finish my truck. When they were done Wednesday afternoon, it took Reserve all day Wednesday and all day Thursday to pay for the bill. I was able to get a load on Friday. I could've left Wyoming on Monday if the company didnt ##### foot around. The mechanic in that shop said he had to empty about 3 gallons of oil from the engine after that turbo blew. He said if that engine kept running, that whole engine would've revved up and it would've turned into a giant grenade and exploded.

This company takes forever to do ANYTHING!!

The newest trucks they have is a 2018 maybe a 2019.
Trucks does not come with an apu, a refrigerator nor curtains that goes around your cab in the front. Only thing that came with the truck I have was an inverter.

 

What up I’m going throw that now, I left them last year and they messed up my credit and I can’t get ahold of them for my 1099
