Maybe, but only if I don't have any decent freight to haul. If it is hardware I guess it'll keep doing it and we'll take it from there.

You really needed that next patch out before MATS.
Gotta have the Via points. -
Yes Sir,,,
Working on it. The next version is still undergoing QA.
Did you E-Mail me yet?
Thanks,
Mark -
anyone notice that the more you update it, the more retarted it gets? It worked better 6 months ago. now it wants to take the long way on every load. and it still thinks the T/A in Gary is on a restricted rt, so it wants you to go through a neighborhood that is restricted..... I have a lot of examples but thats the only one I can think of.
-
also, how come every once in a while it says the map info is expired and then shuts off.... WTF

Have you updated via the TND Dock yet? you should be on version 1472.
Gary, IN. - it has been corrected in the mapping database that is soon to be released. Once a correction is made the issue is still their until the new maps are released. It is not an overnight fix to each TND.
When you connect to the TND Dock the updates you are getting are POI's, Global POI ratings and construction updates, not mapping updates. Mapping updates can only be done as a complete mapping database, not by states.
Thanks,
Mark -
I updated it last week, I get the feeling that drivers report a road being restricted and Rand Mcnally is just taking their word for it, here is a cute example....I had a delivery in Front Royal VA I-66 can't remember the exit, but near I-81. Dupont is right at that exit, the gps wanted me to pass the exit, drive 15 miles out of the way only to come right back to the same exit on the northbound side. stuff like this seems to be happening more and more. I love the product but if it has RandMcnally on the box, it should know what their paper map knows
