    They might go to Maine. But hiring is a different story. Depends on the part of the state. And what's their current mood. Like for example where I currently live. They list nothing. But where I used to live has OTR. I just don't understand how a company that goes in and out of the state often. Doesn't want to hire out of it.

    I do know months before I left Hartt/Bison USA. Schneider started taking over the paper mill loads we used to grab a lot of

    I'd also consider Western Express. They get a lot of bad press, but to get started somewhere, they'll work. You'll also get to see the entire country with them and I know for sure they hire out of Maine. They have a presence in the northeast but they are run all 48. I'd also give Big M Transportation out of Blue Mountain, MS a call. They have a presence up thay way too. That would be a great company to get started with.
