Are there bad trainers out there? Of course there are. I believe it.
It's easier for me to believe that there are a lot of easily triggered, self-entitled, non productive whiny babies with totally unrealistic expectations concerning trucking and life itself.
This isn't Cub Scouts or Little League. There are no participation trophies. You either put in the work to learn what you need to learn...with the help of a good trainer...or quit sniveling about how mean the whole world is to you and find a job in a safe space. Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks might be a better match.

I'll be interested to see what UTG decides to do, if she decides to stay with trucking or get a regular job and be home every night. Whatever she decides, I hope she lets us all know how she is doing and keep in touch.

You are 100% correct. They put me with a new trainer and it was night and day different. I recant every negative thing I said about US Xpress. Other than my first trainer, everyone else I've met or talked to at the company are genuine helpful and concerned for the needs of the drivers.
