Why speechless and confused?

 

I agree excpet the 'been there' part. Why in a million years would one want to let a person of Indian descent (no offense intended to them) with a heavy accent in a cube somewhere across the ocean try to dispatch my truck for top dollar here in the USA? Why would I want another hand in the cookie jar?

Just say no to dispatch companies.
Just say no to factoring companies.

Keep your money. Times like right now are when you're going to need it.

 

Hire a Supervisor too while you’re at it. You need one.

They're calling you because you're new and they think you're also dumb. Don't prove them right.

 

Typing out the reasons why dispatch service companies are yet another scourge on the industry would take longer than what it takes for a dispatch service to get the proper broker or carrier authority.

Plenty of opinions around here, use the search bar at the top and read away. Then return and try explaining why the way you do it superior to all other dispatch service companies before you.

And you as a "dispatcher" will not put one carrier above another on a load?
