Facebook and Youtube have lots of information about cooking on the truck and some really good ideas for living healthy out on the road. I think truckstops these days are actually trying to kill us off with the lousy food choices available.Another Canadian driver, Siinman, gerardo1961 and 3 others Thank this.

I tried an air fryer, it worked great. However, I couldn’t get past the smell of cooking in the truck, it lingers bad.
I meal prep and microwave everything to warm it up.
If I stayed out long enough I’d get a small camping grill and use it outside the truck.Another Canadian driver and Vampire Thank this. -
