I am not too far behind you pjody459. I hear that Chad is getting 15 trucks.

 

Does that mean that Chad is taking 15 trucks with him?
Its my understanding that CC is low in the truck supply and flush with drivers waiting at the terminal for one to come in so they can roll out.

 

No I hear that Chad is leasing 15 trucks and reefers. I believe he has teamed up with another cargo guy Joe. I am not sure who Joe is but they said that he was the financial guy at cargo until last month.

 

I think Jim saw a gold mine and he would have managed it right it could have continued for awhile. Even the money #### but he was willing to give me personally every darn mile I could drive and more. But when you put not only my job on me plus 2 other people's jobs. Then you fracture in the pay then add in no respect at all then times it by getting screamed at like a 2yr. old who pooped in their pants on the the playground. Well then you wind up with someone like me. But I unlike some of Jim's former employees I don't just whine and complain, I fight my own battles. But I do it with a lawyer by my side. I figure I can either throw a rock and cause a dent or do it legally with a lawyer and wind up throwing a bolder and crush it. Jim Crowder may have alot of ex-employees but when the smoke clears he will remember my name for a long time. It is no longer about the money that is a by product at this point. I am out to make sure he pays his dues in time and to the right people he owes those dues to.

 

I agree with you on this one Jim is on the down hill side of the whole trucking industry And I can't wait for Chad to get those trucks I know that I will have a home with someone who respects what we drivers do for them and all that I can't get enough to do anything else well I will be here when the smoke clears and long after Jim is gone and broke this is what I do to live and I am good with what goes on

 

whoever Posted that info on cci hasn't been there in awhile because Chad and Brandy don't work there anymore and haven't for awhile

 

Do you think Chad will pay more than Jim did?
Right now I am considering going back otr to get away from these low hours,picking up bricks and working with excavator operators who think they are almight god.
Curtis asked me to come back but I dont see how thats going to work with their fleet being depleted by breakdowns and repossesions. I will most likely go to the company that Curtis left when he came back to Jim.

 

What is the real reson Curtis left that company? Martin enterprises? Was it on his own accord?

 

I am not sure why Curtis left but that was really a foggy area when I was there but now it's like who knows who is going to be there when you come back from a run but now I hopefully won't have to worry about it much longer

 

I heard that Curtis was offered more money by Jim.
