1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Why would you want to fladbed for $800 a week when you can pull a reefer for $1400?

That brings up a great point when we hire we run an ad that states 48 to 52k a year home three nights a week and everyother weekend off. We hardly get any decent drivers that apply. Guess all the good drivers are being well compensated and have a great home and happy to be where there at.

Not to be mean, but there is some catch here. You are posting all over the place so what is it? You're having trouble finding a job after 26 years OTR? hmmmm, something's not right.

There is a reason why you are targeting the O/O's. Something in your DAC? Criminal? Accidents? LIcense issues? Past employment issues? Somethng is up.

No, I don't have the time to read them ALL. I read enough and it sounded fishy to me. Even if he explained it, I bet it's still fishy.

Okay, now I've read them all. Now it sounds desperate. 26 years and NEVER been late on a load? uh huh. I believe that. Doesn't like DAC's to be run? Why not?

    I stand by my statement.

GETTING OFF ON YOUR JUDGING OTHERS, SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WITH YOU AT THIS POINT IN TIME, I ON THE OTHER HAND WILL NOT JUDGE YOU, EXCEPT FOR YOUR STUPID STATEMENT, IF YOU KNEW JUST WHO I WAS THEN I WOULD SAY EVEN THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO HOLD ME IN JUDGEMENT IN THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU DO, UNLESS OF COURSE YOUR JUST A NEWBIE OR SOMEBODY THE THINKS THEY KNOW ALL ABOUT IT, PERHAPS ONE DAY YOU WILL MEET SOMEBODY AND MAKE JUDGEMENTS AGANST HIM IN PERSON, THAT WILL BE THE DAY FOR YOU TO PERHAPS LEARN NOT TO BE SO PREJUDICE AGAINST ANOTHER.
