Dirty road water covering mirrors, glass

Rainx does not solve the problem of why this dirty water is flying up and back around onto mirror . But it may help. I sprayed it with ceramic wax this morning.

 

I have new video of this problem also. Got the water on door glass swirling clockwise, towards front at 70mph. Dropping off front bottom corner and blowing back up.
Think I know where mud water comes from. Look at these pics of my fuel tank. Covered in mud. Fender with little flap on top is about 8" lower than trailer and single tires are as high as flap. Throwing mud or road water over flap . The. I guess air flow from under truck throws it towards front up between cab/faring and on to mirror.
That is a hell of a air flow going forward at highway speed .

 

Not sure. Company truck and I know nothing much about tire design.
But I did tape some plastic under doors between cab and faring. ( plastic strips that are normally there are not on truck. ) . Just put under doors. It stopped a lot of it. So that tells me it is air coming from u der truck and up between cab/faring.
If I keep this job I'm just going to go to salvage and buy them strips that go there. See if that fixes it.
I had the same truck except mine was a 17 instead of 23. Mine did not do this. But theni e had the strips there.. I don't think them strips are there just for looks.

 

Nope. Not dirty. I keep them clean. Think drives are throwing it up and air flow is causing this. My tanks get covered in thick mud and sand from drives. Goes over the factory little fender with small flap on top. Trailer is much higher up. So nothing to stop these big single tires from throwing it
