I see on the paperwork that they want you to mail in the invoice? Do they do anything else through email like more companies do now days? Seems they may except Transflo maybe but I am not used to doing that system since I never drove for anyone.

Anyone can answer how this works with them? I have never done a load for them but booked my first load and see it might be a pain in the butt to send paperwork to them.

One would think all would have some type of electronic system.

There are great fax systems that use the internet. With a scanner printer. And email also works.

The mail system was 20th century.

Did a load for them. I mailed in paperwork and submitted through their portal as well. They had some kind of $15 paperwork fee. I thought that was (insert derogatory remark). So now, they are on my do not haul list.

And if they mail you a check they charge for the stamp & envelope.

Transflo app. I'm a carrier for them, not leased to them.

It's a pain to get paid though. I have a Savingsplus? card that they put my payments on and I have to go through some phone system every time to move it over to my bank. This is the quickest and only free way I know to get paid by them.

I also don't move much freight for them due to this, maybe 1 or 2 last year.

I'm O/O I did a few loads for them, it's been a couple years since my last one. I use the same system 86scotty uses. I submit paperwork using the Transflo app. You fill out a cover sheet when you submit your rc, bol, pod and invoice. Hardcopies I keep
    .
The pay is put on a savings plus card. To get my money. I Make a few phone calls with a couple super secret numbers and passwords (PIA) process. I have to issue a comdata check and take to my bank to deposit. This is the reason I don't do many loads for them.

It would be nice if they would just ACH the payment. Maybe they do now, I don't know.

    Good luck.

Why don't you just call them and ask. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask that makes you look like a dumb a.z.z

I'm betting he doesn't because it's so hard to get them. Landstar is like calling the IRS. Good luck getting to anyone who can answer your question and when you ask three people there you get three different answers.
