I would hold off for now. Supposedly they are going to make some changes after the first of the year.
For me things are a little screwy because I'm in this pilot program on the PNW side.

It seems Ashley is trying to be partly mega carrier.
This forum was what my experience has been in the past. Right now they are going through some changes. It's gonna be interesting what they come up with. We will see. -

Happy New Year all! Hope you had an excellent Christmas!

Well, to start off the New Year, I have officially resigned myself from the Ashley PNW side and went back where I was with my ADS family. It took a slight act of congress, BUT.. they got it done for me..
Feels great to be back and have been dispatched on my first (bread and butter) load to Lathrop, starting Monday.
If you are looking into Ashley, I would highly, highly recommend their ADS side first. Overall Ashley is a great company to work for. But the PNW side is more for the beginner who needs a foot in the door.
PNW side seems to have the freight to keep you busy (although there are rumors that they lost some accounts). They can lack in their communication to the drivers, so be aware, stay on them, and they will keep you moving.
2024 is coming on strong..Let's do this!
Roll on!Speed_Drums, Lonesome, dwells40 and 2 others Thank this. -
I could be wrong, but I think Ashley is starting to become aware of that. It's going to be interesting to watch this develop.
I know Ashley's main goal is to reduce deadhead and capture more of the transportation market. Unfortunately the Wilson side of this, seems to be struggling with that.dwells40 Thanks this. -
Back to my roots with this company doing the Lathrop run.
Unfortunately they haven't got my transfer return from APNW completely done in the system yet which caused some delay.
But got my relay/load done so the next driver (LTL) can make his delivery.
Now I have to wait for the office to fix my system so they can "see" me on their side.
I know, sounds confusing, but eventually it will get worked out. -
While my truck was in the shop over the weekend they gave me some new treads. Love it .. good traction and smoother ride is important. Especially with the worse of winter months ahead of us.
JForce28, Rugerfan, Speed_Drums and 3 others Thank this. -
