Chohan clips another bridge

Canada is a wild west third world #### hole that keeps getting worse by the day.

 

Not really...
We have a safety certificate system applied to each company with an R (isk) factor score applied to each company.
Any tickets, or incidents whether in a personal vehicle or commercial vehicle by any driver assigned to a conpany appears.
Any of my drivers get a ticket, it effects my R factor. Bad R factor equals an audit.

Problem is with these companies that lease on independents, is stuff goes sour, they just shutdown and restart a new company. The dude who owned the company that caused the Humboldt incident was operating the very next week under a new company # and certificate.

Since the HUMBOLDT incident, Alberta now has a delay on opening a new company, and the safety certificate has to be renewed every 3 years. Other province's have not followed suit.
I'm having a goberment routine audit in jan of my company. We will be fine.

In BC the dicks who cause these issues, are already ripping around under a different certificate for sure..

It's the usual suspects... it has become a huge immigration/slavery scam, endorsed by the very people who are supposed to be elders in their communities.
What I call easy trucking in canada (otr, us runs etc) has been completely overrunn by these people.

Just saw a news story today that Canada has the gold standard in immigration policies………lol

 

At least we have some standard,. The bar appears to be lower in the Usa

I’m in chilliwack bc a chohan just backed in beside me . Apparently the son owns chohan group that’s apparently not associated with chohan forwarders but use the same emails and the sister is the safety manager for both companies. They are also suing the bc government for not giving them over height permits even though they haven’t hit a bridge yet.. in the article from cbc the official recommended they take a Uber to the courthouse so they don’t hit a bridge lol
