Is it a huge deal if you’re a little crooked at a dock?

I wish I knew how many docks I backed into, got to be in the thousands, and some, you just couldn't get into. My Pete( in avatar) without P/S was particularly tough. If the lip of the dock plate went all the way across, even barely touching on one side, good enough. Sometimes, they wouldn't take a towmotor when like that, and I had to bring it to the back with a pallet jack.

I usually ask them to move their building a bit. Whoever painted those lines was smoking something.

No excessive overlap on one side that could cause the freight to possibly not fit? Check.
Place only has 2 dock doors and I’m not so crooked as to make the other one inaccessible? Check.
