Look at the part number, look at the $$$, and then you’ll see the savings is actually more than 500. I mean the 1708221x alone is over $200 savings. And it’s OEM. I’ll take picture with box and all that.

Even my mechanic will not do that, because he doesn’t cut&weld driveshafts, plus they need to be balanced. Not every shop does that.Last edited: Jan 3, 2024

a chopsaw, lag bolts, and an 8 foot 4x4 post = problem solved. Might use pressure treated if you run a lot of wet areas. Probably holds up to salt better.Opendeckin, cke, Nostalgic and 6 others Thank this.
