I feel your pain but we read about issues like yours regularly here on the site. You found us to complain or warn us... too bad you didn't find us before you signed a contract with the mafia. We could have saved you some time and money.

If you can prove your assertions then I would make an appointment to see the State' Attorney. Maybe they'll be inclined to make a case but you have to have solid evidence to prove your claims.

Frankly, those scumbags have been doing what they do for a long time. I'm certain they have their bases covered. I'd love to see someone go head first armed and ready to catch these guys red handed with solid evidence to press criminal charges.

Until then they'll just keep taking advantage of people like yourself that don't do their research.

Their company already has two separate federal investigations going on that they compiled into one, well now three case. When the safety records update here in the future the company committed almost 3-4 times the amount collectively (all their companies and their primary company), of safety violations & crashes against federal and state laws rules and ordinances we all follow in the country and their domicile state Illinois. Amongst all 9-10 of their companies they’ve had 15 crashes & in just three months and fatalities in the last year. Every six months they purposely open and close businesses to prevent audit but the government even caught onto that as well, also caught onto their illegal team driving strategy where there just one solo driver but a fake co-driver all 230k miles a year

Whow!..Corrupted Owners. Ironic how alot of them think they'll get away with this forever. Look like forever is now here!. Crooks are crooks and even though others might of had luck on doing well and not running into these problems leased onto too bad carriers. Its good to hear, somethings being done to the issues.

Yes. It’s called research and due diligence. Would you drive or lease your truck to a company with a new DOT number? I wouldn’t. Would you be an employee driver at a company who won’t pay you on a W2 and offers no benefits? I wouldn’t. Those two simple steps would keep people from making terrible choices.

Takes two to play the game. It’s unreasonable to act like the drivers themselves don’t play a part in it. I see up above you failed to acknowledge how bad choices in the past could lead people to make more bad choices, and now you attribute it to luck when someone doesn’t sign on with a shady company. It’s not luck. It’s making good choices based on facts, not promises. Anyone can see what W2 employee drivers are making across the industry with benefits, why would anyone reason their life will be better signing up on a 1099 with no benefits?

You sound like a Narcissist who can never make a mistake. Are you even a human being? If a company promises one thing on a contract no matter how much research one does, its wrong and bad business practices that has gone under the radar. Yes, it happens.
