1999 kenworth t2000.Truck runs but runs a little rough with engine light on and over 1500 it goes out. Had injector cutout test done and all injectors were good. While at highway speed the engine cut out then back on but truck never lost power to anything else. Any idea where to start with these codes? New cam, followers, and cam sensor but might be cam sensor or a wire to ecm? Engine/Electric/ Checked DTCs the only code that was in the truck was
PID 190
SPN 190
FMI 10 No engine speed detected.
Just had truck scanned. N14

Check the wires from batteries to the ECM.

Have had the sensor immediately under air compressor go bad. Check engine light would usually go off over 15 or 1600. I believe it is a sensor that does monitor engine speed. May not be the only one I'm not that educated about it. Did fix the problem on a 99 n14. Not a fun one to uninstall or install. I cut the wires to get it out with a regular socket and cut a groove in an old socket to reinstall with wires on new one.

Would yours cut the engine off at highway speed for a sec?
-
No. Just a check engine light that would go off over about 1500. Started out would go on and off intermittently and then stayed on all the time except when you would speed the engine up. Never did seem like it made it run weird

I should mention I took it to Cummins and had them plug it in and they told me it was the speed sensor and pointed to it. So I bought one from the parts counter. Put it in check engine light gone
