What it sounds like is this company needs a good lawsuit against them!! One good lawsuit if they lose will bankrupt them!!

 

How about 2 mediochre ones? When the ol' B**B&*B* was around, the head honcho, none other than Honest TB @TB John , he was famous for shouting from the rooftops "BRING ON THOSE LAWSUITS!!!" " I AIN'T SKEERED!!" Many times he was in the buff doing it....au natural....as you might say in France...

 

Yeah, too bad they're gone. If they hadn't hijacked so many posts and generally made a nuisance of themselves they might still be here.

 

Like the saying goes "Only the good die young" RIP ----&---" gone but not forgotten "

Lol no that's not how it works. You can't win a lawsuit against those companies.

 

You might win a lawsuit. But collecting? A tale for another day.....

Could be. A lot of these shady 1099 companies run under several different DBA's. It helps keep people from getting wise to their scams.

 

I was supposed to go to work at a place called road legands I talked to some of their drivers and they were doing pretty good right now. I just am leary of those companies
