My little furball invited a friend home for lunch today.....

Mine went:
1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can mixed vegetables, 1 can chili with beans, 1 can chili no bean, 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (Hot or Mild), 1 can any kind vegetable soup, 1 can tomato soup, 1 lb. ground chuck.(Can sub Elk if @tramm01 has any by then)
Brown meat and drain
Do not drain the vegetables
Mix all above, pour into crock pot, 3 hours on high or all day on low.
(This will keep in reefer4-5 days, freezes well... Top with some cheese and eat with Fritos)

Nothing like waking up at 2 am.

Well Friday 5 to 8 inches. Then bitter cold. I'm thinking cat cage, harness, and leash. Take the cat with for a few days. See what he does in the truck. If he can adjust. Or maybe a cat door. Or is it 5 to 8 in the day plus 3 to 5 at night. If I work truck has to idle all night. That's another 40 or 50 bucks a day. My reload fell thru I got one for less money taking me under two hours from the house.

 

I woke up this morning to find normal blood pressure. No dizziness and my blood sugar at the time I woke up was 99. Keri is still in Williamsburg and will be here through Saturday. She will be taking me to see the eye doctor friday, the actual MD to do a diabetic exam. This one is here in Williamsburg. Keri has bought some nice baby clothes for Bethany. Yesterday she had this one on!
