Possession of Marijuana

I was just arrested in September, Charged with Possession of marijuana while on duty . We do slip seat trucking , most of the drivers there smoked . I was pulled over , officer said it smelled like weed , mind if I search . Sure go ahead . He found a gram of weed in a pill bottle , so arrested me .
I took a observed drug test and pissed clean , but company still fired me . So now it’s on my PSP report ..
can’t get a driving job , not sure what to do .. any help ??

 

I am going through this right now with my 18-wheeler and wanted to know if he passes the drug test how fast can he get back on road with just possession?

 

Just wantedto know if that person passes the drug test how do the process go after that if he just had possession?
