hey keep us posted & good luck! I apply there every week but havent heard anything yet, I know they list 3 years experience as a qualification but was hoping they'd be willing to waive that if drivers are in short supply.

I watched a video a driver made of himself on youtube. It was him being fired upon in a convoy and his truck died he couldn't restart it and all his good buddies were running off without stopping.Should be required viewing.

Yeap, and even then it is safer than driving in the US

The video that is seen on youtube is 6 years old and was the last death to a KBR truck driver. It's kinda like comparing traveling in an airplane or a four-wheeler. I personally think it will be safer driving over there under the protection of the U.S. military versus driving thru places like Chicago, L.A. N.Y. City.
Big Duker Thanks this. -
I went to the KBR website a while back and the most openings were in Afganastan.I'am not trying to change your mind are anyone else.I pointed to the video to show how little back up those drivers are getting.
I mean if we are there to fight the enemy why don't the escorts come and meet their enemy.Instead of leaving the enemy and one of the drivers they are providing security for behind.
