Stated at Roehl with over 8 years experiance never had any problems with other companies except little things like home time. But Roehl takes the phone calls from the motoring public as fact and you are guilty and can not prove your inocence no matter what. a driver would not take time out of their day to call about something you did if it was their problem right. Anyways I had those 3 strikes and they did not fire me until i called them to tell them that I had brushed a pole w/trailer not to serious maybe 10 min fix for tarp man at 15 dollar cost if that. So 1 month after I told on Myself got a load back from cali and relayed in ellenwood thought i would get a load home from there but herb told me to mt out my truck because i violated company policy by telling them about the incedent. dont take my word for it ask around the fleet plenty of hands know Dan from Tenn.

The motoring public called to report you three times, and then you hit a pole. Is that what I'm hearing here?
-
Since when is reporting incidents against co policy? All the co's I ever drove for it was against policy not to report incidents. It sounds to me that the 3 call ins against you and the hitting a pole is what did you in. Not the reporting that you struck something.

Call #1 A piece of the frame rail on my truck got cut by the trailer (curtainside) called maint they told me to have the 1st customer see if they could break it off with their forklift, before I got there the piece fell off and slid bounced across the road to my left and a motorist called Roehl and said I trhew somthing at them. Call #2 driving in right lane in Va exiting to DOT scale at Winchester Supposedly I cut off a FED-Ex driver he stated that "he had to Slam on his brakes to keep from Running in to Roehl". I never saw this so Ido not even know if it was me or somebody else and he just got my #. Call #3 driving around Rockford ill Last Apr in left lane through constuction like the dot signs said was passed by girl in a black car who then changed lanes in front of me and hit her brakes, I slowed but never gotto close, She exited at next ramp and flip me off as I passed. She called in telling Roehl That I was speeding in the left lane forcing her to pass me on the right. Roehl was more worried about me driving in the left lane than anything even though the DOT signs are ther for a reason. So they put me on probation for 90 days from April 15 - Jul 14 there was a good call in Nov a motorist said that I showed great attention when a car pulled on to the interstate at 20 mph And cut off a line of cars and they were able to avoid a bad accident because of my actions. Then Feb of this year following customers directions in a job site, I got up against pole with my trailer and pulled 1 of those buckles off of the curtain, I called Roehl and reported it myself. Almost a month later they fired me for violating company policy for a "pattern of un safe behavior". So do you see a pattern ?
-
Your speeding forced her to pass?
-
You caught that to. Ithought I was The only one puzzled by that But Roehl seemed to think it was OK reason to write me up and put me on probation.

That's Roehl for ya. Just read what they did to me.
