Seeking employment- almost one year experience, please advise

I’m trying to figure out my options. Almost done with my one year at a mega. It’s been rough here. Not earning enough for all the hours I put in. Currently OTR reefer division.

Here’s what I’m looking for ideally:

Recommendations for trucking companies to work for that:

• pay hourly minimum $25 an hour and overtime pay after 8 hours or after 40 hours.
• Day shift.
• I don't mind being out 4-5 days regional. Local or semi local is also an option. (Still open to OTR if the home time is flexible.)
• Want to get into tanker (fuel or food grade) preferably.

• I currently live in Southern California. I'm open to moving somewhere else if it's a really good opportunity. Specifically have been looking into moving to Michigan.

• Working on my hazmat, soon to have one year experience.
• Would much prefer a company that offers a sleeper cab but not necessary.
• Trying to work 5 days a week or 6 on occasion.

Are there any jobs out there that meet these criteria or am I asking for too much?

I just want to be paid fairly for all the hours I work.
