Got a phone call from Swift recently and scheduled my orientation day. That's the only one company so far after 30+ applications. Unfortunately, if you don't have experience nobody wants you.

Having the same issue. No luck at all unless I go SNI Family dollar or Western Express. Swift told me to do a refresher.

There's nothing wrong with working at Swift. Many drivers do well there, don't get caught up on the reputation. You got one yes, and that makes all rejections irrelevant. Focus on that....now you have an opportunity to get thay experience!!!

Prime told me no I need 6 months experience since I already have my cdl, they will hire someone who goes through THIER cdl school tho…wonder why
