I use an air fryer to cook everything from shakeNbake chops, chicken wings, steaks, brauts, bacon, pretty much everything I could want on a low carb diet. I also keep a small electric skillet for eggs. A insta pot for pot roast or anything else I want to pressure or slow cook. Lastly, a microwave I rarely use because it's an underpowered pos.

I have a Kuerig for my coffee, an Air fryer for my hot food, if you keep the filter clean, I don't find any cooking smells, but I do stay away from cooking fish!
I prepare all my food at home, and have saved huge money not having to buy over the road food... My favorite food are my breakfast croissants used to buy Jimmy Deans, but now I buy a tray of croissants and make my own sausage and cheese ones, wrap em up in foil then 10 minutes on reheat in the air fryer and they're better than bought ones! I have a ton of recipes and it's nice not having to make that walk to the c-store.

So Walmart sells a brisket now, and out of curiosity I grabbed two of them.
Actually very good. Cheaper than eating out by a lot! Just thought I would mention it. You can eat it cold or as I do heat it up and eat it. 20240126_221435.jpg 20240127_090812.jpg

I do those pot roasts dinners I get them at Publix I pull them out of the box and store inside the fridge when I am ready to use them I have one of those lunch box 12v / 120volt heaters I put the bag in and fill with water to the top secure the lid and in about 30 minutes I have warm pot roast I buy microwaveable rice in a bag or I use some bob Evan’s mashed potatoes in single serving containers I get from Walmart I also use some peas that come in a small cup with it.

I use an air fryer. I put parchment paper or foil down, so it doesn't have to be washed. If you cook it half the time on one side and then flip it over for the other half it cooks great and fast. You can do almost anything with it. I have done anything from meat dishes to biscuits to breakfast casserole (in aluminum pan). Used to use a convection/toaster oven, but not anymore. I also use a crockpot with crockpot liners.
