Company truck in the shop, but not staying in a hotel

Hay now, dont blame all us gamers. Most of us are smart enough to know when to put the PC down and either go spin a wrench or go touch grass as they say lol.

 

That sounds God-awful.
I would hate sleeping in a truck too, if all there was to do was smoke cigarettes, read magazines and sleep!
But it's the modern age, I would just do a quick clean of the truck, change the sheets, set up my internet and laptop, and I can keep my self entertained with sports, movies, series, videogames, etc.
And yeah, I get that you might say "laptops are for ferries" or whatever, but then you're pissed off when you're bored as hell sitting around in a truck with nothing to do.
One should always strive to use the very best tool for the task, and in this instance, the task is keeping yourself entertained. If you refuse to utilize the proper tools, then there's nothing I can do for you.

 

And the hotel mattress? How many previous inhabitants entertained themselves on that?

I never mentioned a hotel.

 

We don’t live in the same world I never ever said I don’t like sleeping in a truck .. and no it was not God awful it still is not awful it’s the difference in what we do I have never once been bored I don’t have time to be bored I also don’t sit in the truck and smoke cigarettes in fact I don’t even smoke

 

If you outwork us all, and you're too tired for entertainment, then what's so special about a hotel room? You're just sleeping anyway, right?

 

You are completely missing the point 1st this is not about me it’s about how the OP ‘s company was trying to treat him that what this is about so don’t try to switch this around because I was specifically talking about the OP’s situation
