Connect all the old or new lights. you will need to make a break out connector to test the voltage.
Take a new pigtail for the last light that was not working plug the pigtail into the light hold the wires from
the pigtail and the meter probes on the connector that was originally on the light and read the voltage.

After chasing this bug for the better part of a week, decided to pull the switch from the tower. Once I got the switch out and started touching the four wires connected to it, my girlfriend says to me, “ I think they are blinking brighter now”. I jumped out the cab and sure as #### the old lights were easily 3 times brighter. I grabbed a ladder, removed one of the old lights and connected a new one…IT CAME ON! I went to put the switch back in the tower and new one went off, old ones went dim again. I found that one of the wires connected to the switch would drop to 6v. Once I jigged it, it would go to 12v and things would work. I ended up wrapping a zip tie around all four wires to where there was pressure on them, lights stayed on. I put the switch back in, changed the other five lights and everything is working great now.

Thank you guys for all the suggestions and support. You all come to my aid every time I’ve needed you. Thanks!

You can replace the terminals in the connector. That would probably resolve your issue permanently. I see this alot on freightliners. For many things. Its what i would do. Its not that expensive to di either. Part numbers for that are in the electrical schematic. Pins connectors etc.

I have a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia currently dealing with power issue to steering wheel controls as well as regen button, dome ligh, engine brake ect. Truck starts up fine lights works but controls doesn’t seem to work. Hooked up to computer and I’m getting j1939 source missing 25,43, 49. Already swapped out CPC now I’m stuck. Any else had this issue?
