Maverick has really gone nuts. Camera’s everywhere. Some of these companies are taking it to the extreme.

 

Yeah, I would bet he's a handful, always telling him "It's the white International, with the yellow scroll on the side...." Some Goats.....

 

When I drove OTR and I shut down for the night the company I worked for would always send messages in the middle of the night through the tablet. I finally told the company that every time they woke me up and interrupted my 10 hour required break then my 10 hour break started over. I was told that I could not do that. I told them to try me. After a few times they stopped doing it. I think that they read FMCSA rules.

 

The FMCSA guidance is that communication with dispatch doesn’t interrupt your break. It might make them a crappy company but they’re not breaking any rules.
