Why would you pay someone else to type in your name address etc..... And yes 300 is what the FMCSA charges, the FMCSA does NOT charge you to use their registration site.... Again you obtaining your authority is a baaaaaaaaddddddd idea right now........ This topic proves it.

 

He included that in his calculation. He was refering to the $175 they charge to file it when its free to fill out the form online yourself.

 

What proves it? Because he is going to pay someone to do it.

 

Let it go big guy. Machine has made 33 posts and most have been filled with negativity. Some people have nothing else to do with their lives but try to make others as miserable as they are.

 

If you decide to do it yourself, you can file with KY yourself by mail for free. If you send it off when you file for your authority, you'll have it before your authority goes through. It's $5.50 to file online with NM, I wonder why they're charging $47 for KY. What about NY and OR, you not going to run them? I'd call some insurance companies and get some quotes, the agents might know of someone locally who will do all this stuff for you for cheaper (like $50). My agent offered to file it for me for free himself if I decided to get my authority.
