    Everyone.
Start with the girl behind the counter at the truckstop who shortchanged you.
By the end of the day you should have enough frivolous lawsuits to keep "The Hammer" busy for years....

Depending on the item; they used to just list your rebuttal underneath the information supplied by the member carier.

I worked at two companies who used DAC/hirerite and at one the first applicant we ran turned out to be the ultimate job hopper.

In less than two years they had 22 jobs and there was a rebuttal underneath each one!

I'm guessing that may be the methodoligy when the member carier does not remove their entry.

Depending on the rebuttal, this could affect one's application at a HireRite member carrier.

    Next issue: Tenstreet........

One of the "drivers" on our fleet had four confirmed accidents causing property damage.. all proven, costing well over 40k... He called the ops manager saying that wasn't fair and wanted them removed... (Snicker). The Ops manager had another driver who caused about 15k worth of damage to a trailer, didn't report it and got canned for not reporting it.. his dad called threatening the ops people... LOL!! His friggen DAD!

This is why you always hear the boilerplate at the beginning of an automated telephone encounter:

This phone conversation may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
    and then it should say:
And so we have recorded proof of a verbal threat which could land you in prison dummy.

Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for being in the pockets of the companies, knowing how petty these companies are because the drivers can't drive for them anymore, I've never seen such unprofessionalisim in a industry, and when we try to fight through Hire Right, the arrogance and dismissive attitudes that are displayed from the employees of the organization is pathetic! I really thought Hire Right was here to get the truth, through unbiased eyes. But I found out real quick you guys lean towards the companies rather than the drivers. What the company's say goes. To me the entire so-called "dispute" is already won, by the companies, sure not with the little guys. Put 2024 for everything is being exposed.

You should be ashamed for coddling drivers that cannot drive and never seem to learn from the carnage that they create, drivers who causing tens of thousands of dollars that the companies have to eat. I have heard it time and time again where these sad characters come in telling their sob stories about how they got "dac'd"/ blackballed for "lying".. this is usually after coming in complaining about getting fired for one or two (or three or four) "little accidents" that caused "no real damage" to property. These goons NEVER have to pay for the damage they create, they get off scott free financially, but the company is done paying for their damage and the threat of more damage that they will almost surely create. So, the place their accident record and send them packing... when the other companies look at the hundreds of prospects.. and see these clowns that almost always lie on their application, its THAT which gets their apps tossed in the garbage can and nothing else.

I am intrigued by what you said here about damages.
I’m curious about how I would go about asking the associated agency, third party or otherwise, to cure legal damages, which I could sue for.

specifically, I’m dealing with an obviously false PSP report. So how could I or should I go about having them retroactively send the amended or “fixed” report to employers who had received the “damaging” PSP prior to me discovering the error or while the relevant agency was taking time to remove the false report?
