Heck yeah, 1200 miles + 400 deadhead for a weekend is solid. I think this one came out to 1150 loaded for me.

I ended up with one of those weird in between situations on 34 or recaps for this load. I could do a really early 34 with 20 hours left on my 70 and then run 500 miles with 3 hours to spare tomorrow or run on recaps next week. Not sure if dispatch here has a preference in situations like this, but I ended up taking the recap route. I figured 70 hours of recaps next week is better than 60 hours and the option for longer days, but idk. Some weeks, they'll fire off 5, 600 mile days at ya, and some weeks, it's 7, 4-500 mile days.

I got my reload sent to me yesterday already -- Belmont, NC FCFS pickup Monday to Sullivan, MO for a 0600 delivery on Wednesday. Hoping I can get that back early enough on Tuesday to pawn it off to whoever is unlucky enough to be sitting without a load at the climate terminal lol

That's some good quick miles there. I always get a 34 if I can, then its less tedious for me to figure out how I am going to run each load day to day. I'm actually sitting at my delivery now getting a 34. It's a Love's up the street but I prefer to take 34s in more isolated spots than the truck stop if I can at times. I'll drop the trailer and PC to the Love's is need be. Doubt that I'll need to though. Thay reload has so much time on it, you might as well drive straight to the yard, and unhook from it because you know that someone else is gonna deliver it lol. I went by the yard yesterday, and they hooked me up. Got 4 new drive tires yesterday. Trailer needed a tire and a service so the truck was running so smooth you woild have thought it was brand new yesterday lol.

Congrats to all your Chiefs fans in here. One of the best Super Bowls that I've seen in my lifetime. I like games like this one where there's no crucial calls that could've gone either way, game changing penalties, etc..

Just finished at the Pageland Walmart. One of the better Walmarts and the Love's across the street is handy. Almost everyone here is here for Walmart so there's constantly spots opening up at all hours.

That was a fantastic Super Bowl! I gotta say though.....the better team didn't win I don't think. The 49ers will feel this one for a long time. When a team loses a Super Bowl, and it's in the manner in which they let it get away, that's franchise altering potentially. Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones....they were truly champions in that game.

I ended up reloading more cheese in Plymouth Wisconsin and dropped it at the terminal. Grabbed an empty and I'm headed out to Denver with Coke. It's a 2pm drop off tomorrow, but I'll get it off a little earlier.

I'm headed to the Cosco in Atlanta to deliver in the morning. My appointment is 1030. How early will they let you arrive?

Dang, man. Tell em to send you back to the terminal and swap trailers with me lol. Headed back to Temple, TX for a delivery at McLane tomorrow night. Hoping they'll send me on another 1200 miler to Pageland after, but we'll see. Short day tomorrow will level out my hours to be good for the rest of the week. 2750 or so miles on this week's tally by Wednesday night :happy3:

0830 will be the earliest they'll check you in. They have overnight parking but they don't allow overnight parking unless you gotta super early delivery. It'll probably be a long ### line when you check in. They aren't the most efficient at that one.

Ha!!!! You following my diesel fuel trail, you're miles are adding up nicely too. You got Smith Foods or Hershey for Temple? Maybe Smith Foods went somewhere else down there i.cant remember.

I was afraid of that. I want to get through Nashville and Chattanooga earlier enough to avoid traffic, but not be turned away in Atlanta. I'm sitting in Mt Vernon until then.

That particular run is a bit complicated if you don't have an early appt. There's just so few parking options nearby Atlanta. They called the police on all the trucks that parked outside the gate. I had to PC to a hideout somewhere just to get sleep. The night guards certainly aren't the nicest folks. I know you'll make it in no problem though.
