Metformin is for diabetes

 

I take Metformin, but couldn't see that on the label in the picture.

 

Me too just started it Monday, still waiting on the horrible side affect. NOTHING YET!

 

I haven't had any side effects from Metformin and I take a 1000 mg tablet twice a day and have for years.
My doctor put me on Jardiance about a year ago and the only side effect is I lost my appetite. Lost lots of weight that I didn't really need to lose.
So I take Jardiance + Metformin.
Edit: I can go 24 hours and not get hungry. I force myself to eat something, plus lots of supplements to hopefully compensate for the loss of appetite.

 

I take 500mg once a day, my a1c was 6.7 I think the lack exercise and bad diet is the problem.

 

My A1C is the same as yours. Walk about 3 or 4 times a week is excellent exercise and is the best exercise for diabetics.
I went to a diabetes clinic, that my insurance paid for, and was pleasantly surprised I can drink two large glasses of Chardonnay White Wine every day. No red wine, only white wine.

 

LOL. TEQUILA ALSO IT'S SUGARS ARE NONSOLIBLE PASS RIGHT THRU SYSTEM BECAUSE OF THE AGAVE.

 

And no carbohydrates
