Now to be fair. I85 in SC had signs in that corridor that contradicted each other constantly. One would say left lane is closed. 2 miles later the next one said right lane was closed. 2 of the lit message boards had horrible spelling. So. I don't really hold it against people much anymore. Unless you are at the top of a hill and can obviously see the cones and barrels and still wait til last minute.

 

Most are clueless when it comes to signs.

I-64 east bound in WV just past exit 40 a construction zone starts, there are multiple signs spaced adequately apart, and the only solid white sign says…. No trucks busses trailers in right lane.

And where are 98% of the big trucks??? Yep, right lane…!!
