How to turn a parking ticket into a felony offense

used to be a time u didnt mouth off to the cops , catch a slapjack upside the noggin or the end of a nightstick in your gut .

 

Ahh, the good ole days, when abuse of power and police brutality were normalized....

 

And folks thought twice about things .

 

She should have looked at the cop and said, "What'chu talkin' 'bout, Willis?"
Then while the cop was doubled over laughing, she could have sped away.
