Hey everyone so recently I backed up to this little lift/ramp I push it just a little bit now the store is claiming I damaged a little wooding stick that was holding up the outlet for the power and the video shows I pushed it but in the video it doesn’t show the little pole that’s how small it was and it was a bunch of trucks there that day now the company is putting this on my record as a preventable accident with just proof of a video of me pushing the little lift, what can I do to get this off my record because they’re just believing what the store is saying without understanding anything

Your company can just not list it.
Some of those stores do that to make money. Every truck that backs into the dock or ramp, gets charged for damages. Some stores make a lot of money charging hundreds of dollars, several times a day.

Every company that had a truck back in there that day, got a bill for dock/lift repairs. It's an old scam.beastr123 and silverspur Thank this. -
Yea but they’re putting it as a preventable accident because of the little pole that broke so now I have this bs on my record that shouldn’t be, do you know how I could fight this would I need a lawyer ?

It's a money scam from the company he delivered to.

Swift did something similar to me once. Not much you can do about it. They'll say whatever they want to say. Fortunately, no company I applied to after leaving Swift paid any attention to it. Everybody knows how this industry works. If they need drivers they'll overlook anything trivial. If they don't then they might use it as an excuse to blow you off.
Having said all that... you did hit a stationary object. Do better. Trucks are heavy.
