If it were me, before looking for another job, I'd look for someone higher ranked and, as professionally as I can, ask him whether or not that dispatcher's conduct is within company guidelines. Preferably in writing.MSWS Thanks this.

You're in a good level of experience in this career to qualify for career advancement as a trucker.Albertaflatbed Thanks this.

No tickets and accidents technically you have a clean record. If you hate it with the person you’re working with time to look do another gig. Don’t quit but start dropping apps. Always keep the job when looking.
Albertaflatbed, MSWS, Jamie01 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Ask for another Dispatcher.TripleSix, 201, cuzzin it and 1 other person Thank this.

I would but like I said in OP it’s a small intermodal division and he’s the only onesilverspur Thanks this.

You said it is a mega, so move somewhere else if you can't get another dispatcher. You can make a lateral move, the company should be large enough to do that.MSWS Thanks this.

Are you with Prime?

If you are at a mega-carrier, you should have other things going on there besides just intermodal.
Put in for another type of freight -- or switch to a dedicated account (if not already on one).
A mega-carrier has a lot of opportunity to offer -- & a lot of drivers never really get the experience of different freight....even when it's right in front of them.
I say this becuz....the job market right now for new(er) drivers really sux.
You'll get better bites later....if you can bring at least a year of experience to the table.
