This new Love's in Herculaneum, MO on I-55 is pretty nice. Maybe its been here a while and I never noticed Glad we have another option near STL now on 55. It was pretty much packed when I got here at 23:00, but managed to find a lucky spot when an overnighter pulled out of the front row.

Two quiet days of US67 was nice, but back to reality in the morning

 

Nothing like seeing 30 signs about high profile vehicle restrictions, holding the wheel at 10 o'clock for the wind, and having an Amazon Prime trailer buzz by you halfway in your lane at 75mph to let you know you made it to Wyoming lol

 

True story! And that's exactly what happened to me Tuesday.

 

That area of PA is kinda hillbilly hell. I live about 30 miles south of there, pretty much halfway between Harrisburg and Milton, about 15 miles east of the Susquehanna river. The people along the Susquehanna river are straight up weird.

Take an atlas sometime, look north of Harrisburg along the Susquehanna river. You'll see a little town called Millersburg, about 20 miles from Harrisburg. Put a dot there, go east on route 209 to I-81, and put another dot there. Then go north on 81 to 80. Another dot, then go west to the Susquehanna river. Another dot, and south to Millersburg. You'll have a big loop of nothingness. And an arrogant bunch of people. And coal dirt everywhere lol. But they seem to think they live in some kind of paradise

Delivered out by Carlisle Pa. Reloaded at Newark again for Memphis on Monday. Set up to do the pa run again on the 13th. Boss asked me if I wanted it an i'm like uh yea considering i don't think you'll ever hear me turn down a load paying a 160 bucks a ton. Camped out in Va 30 miles from the tn line.

If ya ever load watermelons in AZ goin into that market be vary wary of the load. I loaded em once an they were a complete disaster by the time I got em to the market. They don't put those pallets together worth a crap at all.

 

Yea it's fairly new. I seen it when they were building it.

 

Well that’s what I get for talking like I did lol. I broke down on AZ 377 just south of Holbrook and I had a delivery at Walmart in casa grande this afternoon. Now I sit in my bunk in the parking lot of Freightliner hoping to find out what’s wrong with my truck
