I can so relate. My last hopper bottom load was by a small front end loader it took a while to get 26 ton on.

 

For what it’s worth, the guy did a fine job loading it.

 

same here I was 79,780 w/26 ton.

 

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the new Peterbilt 589?

 

I personally think that one piece windshield looks terrible, looks like that 990 from KW and this truck had offspring!

 

That one might be the nicest 589 I’ve seen, but the cab/windshield just kinda ruins it imo. Like I said, I think this one is set up VERY nicely though.

 

I can stand em from the front, but the side profile of that windshield just ends it for me… other than that, awesome ride!

 

I'd have a chrome visor, but other than that it's a pretty sharp truck.

Too much glass I don't want to feel like I'm driving an aquarium down the road.
