Dealerships: “can drivers work with dealership instead?”

Well, for 1 thing, dealerships are in the business of SELLING TRUCKS. Why on earth would they even want to get into dispatching or freight brokerage? It has NOTHING to do with truck sales. NOTHING AT ALL. Hey, why don't dealerships ALSO open a pizza parlor????? Wow, this has to be the single most laughable post of the month. I just hope you were trying to be funny, because you are HILARIOUS!!!!

 

Needs to be born a US citizen born here? That’s definitely not the answer, bub. How would you like it if you moved to another country and trying to provide for your family and that country told you that?

High school diploma? I know a few good business owners that have done very well for themselves without one. I dropped out my sophomore year and was learning trucking on the farm which eventually transitioned to this over 20 years later and making well into the 6 digits.

Ever see these kind of drivers have those furry thingys on there mirrors or front mirrors hanging blowing in the wind ? What does it mean ?

 

I asked one of them that once. Apparently its mostly just decoration and/or helps them stand out to each other due to how hostile americans can be to them so they can find a dude to #### chat with. Not sure how true that is but its the answer i got

You could do drive away repositioning trucks, unless that’s not what’s being asked, couldn’t really follow
