    My friend and I applied for a team position at estes and the recruiter sent our apps to the terminal but my friend has two tickets in his personal car one is speeding over 12 mph and the other is improper lane change. Both tickets should not have any points since in TN they fall after 2 years which his are past 2 but less than 3. Would this affect our application?

    No idea. What did the recruiter say? Did you ask? Teams are in high demand, so competition shouldn't be a factor. Just a question of technicality. Once approved by terminal manager, would be up to regional safety and their latest rules/parameters. If they ask on the application your best to answer truthfully. Will show on the MVR's.
