All I'll say is my condolences to anyone who gets sent to Bessemer. Between the 5 hour unload, 45 minute wait to get the payment link/pay/them receive it/, check in, and check out, it was a 6.5 hour ordeal. I'm sure it's not always that bad, but man it was rough. I forgot his name, maybe Jared, the planner guy above dispatch, was getting fired up on the phone about it because of a reload down in Sylacauga. Picking up and headed to Charlotte for a 07:30 delivery tomorrow now though.
Also, be prepared for ridiculous amounts of styrofoam. I guess they used it to help things double stack better, but not easy to get rid of 2, 12x3 foot styrofoam boards. Too long to put em in the nose of the trailer to store them. Got lucky on these last two loads with customers that gave me permission to toss em in their dumpsters, but good luck with the snow storm if you have to break em down and toss em elsewhere lol. Wish they'd just use the honeycomb cardboard sheets so it'd be easier to cut em or fold em to get rid of them

My parents went to Monte Vista a week or 2 ago and were happy to tell me they saw a Climate Express truck lol. How are you guys doing?

Those 36 series trailers are now the oldest since the 25 series are gone. Every time I hook up to one I run it a little bit. Did the same in Greenville, and it didn't give me any issues. I guess it like the warm weather better lol. Sauer put 5 pallets on my truck. If it takes longer than an hour when I get to Walmart, that's a situation for real. Lol. I hope you never have to go to that PFG. That place is beyond slow. If you do, you better make sure you check in at 6 thirty regardless of appt.Lumper Humper and Peace_Maker Thank this.

Dang man, they ate you alive there. The Milo's Tea down there use to eat my time alive too. You may have to invest in a blower lolLumper Humper and Peace_Maker Thank this.

That's Pro Foods over in Holts Summit. We took over that spot so now it'll be more diversity in the loads. Their drivers came over to us. I've heard of the teams going to PNW, but this is the first time I've heard a solo. @Peace_Maker how many miles is that one? That's a hell of a run!!!Peace_Maker Thanks this.

@Thrasher28 @bryan21384 i misspoke when I said Siedhoff used to do PFS when I was there. I saw the above post about Holts Summit and thought something didn’t add up. It was PFD Supply that we ran loads for. Sorry for any confusion.
bryan21384, Peace_Maker and Thrasher28 Thank this. -
@Peace_Maker hold tight, and I'll meet you in St Louis so we can swap trailers. I heard the weather in Charlotte is nicer than Spokane this time of year
that's a heck of a run though. So far just the two of us have checked off delaware and Washington, so maybe PFS will make climate truly coast to coast now lol
bryan21384 and Peace_Maker Thank this.
