Every vac truck I’ve ever seen had a relief valve .
a spring loaded valve , usually set at 3 PSI or something .

Piece of cake, just put the PTO in reverse and blow it back out,,,1st, with the name partially rubbed off and what looks like a new unit on the side, probably a mechanical malfunction maybe even for the 1st time test. I bet that's a noise that guy won't soon forget.

Most vac trucks that I see that aren't #### pumpers have heavy reinforcing around the outside circumference.
